Large, beautiful room available in the Sunset. It has new hardwood floors, a new coat of paint and new double paned window. It gets a fair amount of light and has a decent sized closet. The room also has its own private entrance. The common space is shared by two other roommates and includes a full kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a French door fridge, stove and plenty of counter and cabinet space. We are looking for a quiet, responsible and friendly person to rent the room. The neighborhood is quiet, with plenty of street parking. Walking distance to the beach, a grocery store, laundromat and restaurants.
