Why are you looking for a renter? I am relocating to San Francisco for a job at the end of July. What do you love about this place? This studio is brand new and in a prime Williamsburg location with every amenity you can think of included in the monthly rent. In-unit washer/dryer. 2 large closets. Large bathroom. Dishwasher. Building’s amenities include rooftop pool, gym, multiple outdoor spaces, doorman, concierge service, parking. I can leave any furniture the new tenant may want with no charge. What isn't so great about this place? Nothing. I’ve lived in New York City for 7 years and this apartment is the best I’ve had and the least expensive. I lived in a luxury building in the heart of Chelsea as well.
