Why are you looking for a renter? I'm moving out of NYC in early June and move in can be as early as June 2 or 3. End date of 9/30/18 with an option to renew! What do you love about this place? Large 2nd floor studio with great natural light and 2 large (2ft deep, >5ft long) closets and 1 medium (3ftx3ft) closet. Dishwasher in unit. Laundry and elevator in building. Live in super who is very responsive. Just a 12 minute walk to grand central, 7 minute walk to the 6 train at 33rd street, and uptown, downtown, and crosstown bus stops are within a 2 minute walk. Trader Joe's and Fairway (grocery stores) are also within a 2 minute walk, and there's a movie theater directly across the street. Gyms are close by too, with Crunch, NYSC, Equinox, Synergy, Blink and others all within 2-8 blocks!
