Entire place in Bushwick, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I'm moving across town to be closer to work. Very sad to be leaving behind this awesome studio! What do you love about this place? An entire place to yourself for the price of a bedroom, the studio is two close blocks to the Myrtle JMZ and basically everything you could need (shopping, bars, restaurants, laundromats). There are two huge storage areas above the closet and bathroom (no need for a storage unit anymore!), and a ~real~ kitchen. I have a queen bed, large sofa, coffee table, and chair with room to spare in the main living space. There's plenty of room opposite the kitchen for a table as well.
