The apartment is a short 4 min walk to the 7train and only a block from Skillman Ave. The location is convenient for commuters but also provides the feeling of small town haven with great local coffee shops and amazing restaurants, farmers markets, fresh juice shops and so much more. We love this quiet neighborhood its friendly and safe. We have lived here for two years and now we are leaving for medical school in another state so looking for someone who would like to take over the lease as is, TV furniture and AC seen in the pictures is negociable.
