Would you consider September -December at a higher rate? Is it offered furnished?

“Hi Anya, I'm sorry we can't do that short of a term. We can do furnished or unfurnished. Furnished is +10%. We need to go through March 31 for sublease or you can apply for a whole year on a new lease directly with the landlord.“

What is the remaining duration on the lease? Is it possible to renegotiate price with the LL?

“Hi Zak, the lease goes until 3/31/20 but I am looking for someone to take it over before then. I should know soon what the landlord will be charging for rent, if it is any different than what I posted. UPDATE 7/29/20 This is now a 12 month lease directly with the landlord at $3,595 please reach out to me if interested!“
