Private room in Central LA, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? Hi! My roommate and I have a room available for one month (possibly longer) 9/1. We had someone set to move in and then they had to pull out at the last minute so we are looking for someone who'd like to rent the room for September and possibly longer. Since our previous roommate is moving out the room will be pretty sparse but there will be a bed for you. Since it's so last minute and won't be fully furnished we're offering the room at $900 instead of the normal $1,200. The room has its own bathroom and its own entrance. There are two stacked gated parking spaces for the three of us to share - parking has never really been a problem around here though and I rarely park in the garage. My roommate and I are both in our early 30's and work in production. I'm gay, he's straight, we're open to anyone who is interested. What do you love about this place? The location is incredible. We are a five minute walk from everything in the Los Feliz Village but we live on a quiet cul de sac. Griffith park is down the street, the observatory and the Greek Theater are right next door and there are two movie theaters in walking distance. What isn't so great about this place? You'll see in the photos that our leaving roommate is in the process of moving out. Obviously all the boxes and his things will be gone. The stacked parking spaces can be annoying sometimes when you have to go move your car to let someone else out. Other than that I honestly think this place is amazing and I have no intention of moving anywhere else unless I'm leaving LA all together.
