Offering a fabulously cozy room in a 4 bedroom in Bed Stuy! Available July 1st with option to sign the lease in October. I absolutely love this space and my roommates, but have found a great 1 bedroom apartment. ***No couples or pets (roomie has an allergy)*** The room itself is welcoming and private. You have your own large, full bathroom to yourself. Who wouldn't be thrilled with not having to share a bathroom in the morning? There's a large window that can accommodate your darling succulents or an AC. The large closet comes with raw wood shelves built in as well. The landlord is fine with painting the room! The apartment itself is a gem and a rare find in the city. There's an ample living area with a ton of natural light, an eat in kitchen with a big old granite island, new appliances AND a dishwasher. Rooftop access too! Roommates are all women in their 20s, chill and respectful, and would only be looking for a replacement that continues to treat them that way. Obviously, we are looking for someone financially sound that pays rent on time each month. Everyone cleans up after themselves, is considerate, and respects everyone's work hours (we have established a no super loud noise after midnight curfew). They ARE fun n friendly and definitely not squares though! Transportation wise: you're a 7 min walk from both the G train and the A express/C train. Buses include the B44 express, B48, B38, B52 and B25, all which access Williamsburg, downtown Brooklyn, Bushwick and Ridgewood. The immediate area is prime Bed-Stuy. The apartment is situated between two grocery stores (Keyfood and Metropolitan City Market) and lots of fantastic bars (Dynaco, Do or Dive, Captain Dans) coffee shops (Nostrand Cafe, Civil Service) gyms, and restaurants (Black Swan, Fancy Nancy, Samauri Papa).
