We are moving and looking for someone to takeover the lease our 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment in Peter Cooper Village (near 22nd St. and 1st. Ave). The apartment was gut remodeled when we moved in (something StuyTown and PCV will no longer do because of the recently passed rent control laws). This is a unique and highly sought-after unit with new hardwood floors, an open kitchen, tons of closet space and even a washer/dryer! The apartment is NE facing into a quiet interior courtyard on the 6th floor and gets a lot of lovely natural light throughout the day Peter Cooper Village and Stuytown are gems of neighborhoods. They are centrally located to both downtown and midtown, with access to great SBS bus lines and the 6 and L subways. Patrolled by its own security, it is extremely safe and quiet. The interior grounds are beautiful and well maintained year round. It is pet and very child friendly.
