I am moving to SF and looking for someone to take over the lease from August 2018. Lease is ending mid-November. After that you can choose to move-out or renew the lease. Sakura Crossing Apartment 644 sq. ft. 1 Bed 1 bath with balcony and free parking 24hour concierge and security In the heart of Little Tokyo, Great location! A lot of eateries! (2nd and San Pedro st) Free parking Laundry in unit Monthly rent: $2185 +$3.61 (Code enforcement program) (Current rate is $2261 and up) As Sakura Crossing APT does not allow subleasing, I need to ask you to pay $900 (25% discount of original deposit $1200, which I already paid when I moved in) to me when we signed/transfer the lease. You will get REFUND of security deposit ($1200) from the leasing office when you move out (November or longer if you choose to renew) since my name will be taken out on the date that we agree to transfer the lease to your name. Credit check will be run by the leasing office.
