Heat and hot water included. 31 Orkney Rd, #25 Brighton MA. This is the front door and foyer. there is a large closet to the right in the foyer and the galley kitchen is to the left. That closet to the left of the top pic is enormous and deep. This is the front room. It has the enormous closet and the bathroom off of it. The front door would be behind me as i take the pic. This is the hallway. The hallway has two more large closets in it. the bedroom has two entrances. Right now you'll see that I cut it in half with a removable lightup partition because I have my kids staying there every other weekend. I have bunkbeds on one side and a queen bed on the other side of the partition wall. Its a large single room once the partition is gone. I had a queen bed, two desks and a dresser in there before I set it up for my kids. the bedroom also opens up to the livingroom which is also big.
