Sublease available: You are looking to live in the Heart of the Mission district in San Francisco from roughly May thru August. Perhaps you are here for work or an internship. If you want to live in the most artistic and lively areas in San Francisco, this large room in the coliving tech community 20Mission may be for you. Young professionals (and the young at heart) would be your house mates. Below the building there is a trendy coffee shop and laundromat, a gym, and a bar downstairs. 20Mission(.com) is a 41 room dorm-style community house located at 20th st and Mission st. The fellow tenants are generally intelligent, interesting, fun, and driven individuals. If you are looking for friends, this place nearly guarantees that you are integrated into the community. There's always events you can hear about from other tenants on the weekends. Professionals from Google, Uber, Apple, Airbnb live here, as well as professional artists, company founders (both large and small), and other open minded people. Murals from famous local artists adorn the walls. There is a large common room with a huge TV and sound system in the building. The kitchen is also large and shared. The bathrooms have 6 private stalls and showers. My room is not too loud, and it's near the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. There is a cleaning crew that comes 6 days a week. Because of this, it feels less like living with roommates than you might think. If you want to be alone, simply close the your door -- the walls are thick and I rarely hear any noise. I have a premium mattress you can use, and a futon. There are countless trendy bars and restaurants at your doorstep. The famous Dolores Park is 3 blocks away. People come from all over the bay area (and beyond) to experience The Mission nightlife on a weekend. There is a mini-fridge included in my room -- feel free to get a keg of beer or kombucha for yourself and your guests!
