Private room in Harbor City, CA

I am looking to rent out my living room. Must have your own futon or blow up mattress. I have a couch but it's small and wouldn't mind throwing it out if you have no need for it. I have 2 cats and a dog. So yes there is a pet hair situation lol. Also one of my cats is kind of a bitch just an FYI lol!! I would prefer someone who just needs a place to sleep and bathe but is out most of the time. I do have my computer in the living room but we can work out a schedule of when I would be in the living room using the computer if needed because I do need it for work. But hopefully you're not a douche and will let me hang out in my living room once in a while lol I would prefer to be friends, no need for awkwardness. I have been in and out of town for about a month so my place is crazy right now and my hours have been cut so that is the reason I am looking for a roommate. Females preferred!! I am a Hispanic female. No kids. I am 420 friendly and I'm cool so you should be too! I don't mind guests as long as you let me know in advance and I will let you know too. Im asking for $500 a month but will take $100 off from the move in day if you will help clean the house the day you move in so that we may rearrange everything and make room. So it would be $400 to move in but $500 on the 1st of every month. All utilities included, we just split the Internet. I live in a small one bedroom apt. One bathroom (no tub, standing shower only) kitchen with stove and fridge. Because my apt is small I literally cannot store all your stuff but like I said we can completely clean out the apartment and make room. I tend to get messy but I'm working on that!
