Equip by Fetner fitness center with half-court basketball, Stainless steel ranges, Custom-designed kitchen hardware, 46th Floor Rooftop Deck, 5,700-sq-ft. furnished sundeck with green lawn and BBQ stations, Private party room with "Brooklyn" style terrace, Granite countertops, Italian porcelain stone bathrooms, Many homes with floor-to-ceiling windows, KOHLER fixtures, washer/dryer in the building, granite countertops, natural light in the living area, stainless steel appliances (including a fridge with an ice maker and a dishwasher), and hardwood floors. • I already cover the amenity fee, so you can enjoy gym and lounge for free!!! and all of them open till midnight [Roommates]: A male working in PE, living in the main bedroom, and he has his private bathroom, you will share the bathroom with the girl living the second bedroom, and she works in Marketing, both of them are around 20s, and they are all financially responsible, friendly and genuine person.
