Private room in Manhattan, NY

Hello! I have a room available in a TRUE 2-bedroom apartment in the Financial District. (This is not a flex setup) The room will be unfurnished with super high ceilings and has an air conditioner/heater unit. It's 14x10 feet. I'm looking for someone to move in for a minimum of 3 months. Who I'm looking for: -25+ is ideal. Someone who is respectful, clean, and generally a pleasant person : ) -Must be employed FT. -I'm not looking for someone who has overnight guests, wants to spend all their free time in the apartment, or cooks frequently. -No smokers -No pets The building has amenities like a 24-hour doorman, gym, rooftop, dry cleaner, and there is a laundry room on every floor. I've lived in this building for almost 5 years because it's located in a very accessible part of the city and the building staff is great. Also, our neighborhood has a lot to offer. We're a short walk from the South Street Seaport and Battery Park City. There is a grocery store next door. Mostly all major subway lines merge at Fulton street (A,C,2,3,4,5,J,Z) so it's ultra-convenient.
