Private room in Manhattan, NY

Hi there, I am looking for a long term sublet. It is a 1 bedroom flexed into 2 as such the walls are real, thick, and span from floor to ceiling with a door that locks for privacy. Given that, there is minimal living room space but that makes up with a big kitchen (by NYC standards). duration would be a year but need minimum of 3 months of commitment. the room can come furnished or unfurnished. The price would be more if it is furnished.
