Entire place in Bernal Heights, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? i'm taking time off to travel the world! My home is available for the entire month of August 2019 What do you love about this place? Built in 1896, remodeled in 2017, my home has plenty of old charm with a recent face lift! Situated in Bernal Heights, a quiet SF neighborhood away from the hustle of the city. My home has: no upstairs neighbors and a private patio which gets great sunshine. Washer/Dryer inside, kitchen with garbage disposal and dishwasher, central heat, a TV but no cable. About Bernal Heights: A hidden gem of SF, Bernal still has the feel of a neighborhood in the midst of the city. There are several huge parks within walking distance (with wonderful views) a great walking street with restaurants, coffee shops, a brewery, bars, shops and a grocery store. Of course, the mission is our neighbor, with plenty of nighttime action at your fingertips. My home is close to 280 freeway for easy access to the South Bay (peninsula, San Jose) a 15 minute walk from bart, and street parking is easy for SF! there is a bus stop right out front , which will take you directly to bart providing access to downtown SF, the airport and the east bay. What isn't so great about this place? There is no parking included, but as I said, street parking in the area is really good! There are some little quirks -its an old building. there are little weird things that don't make sense about it. There is a bus stop out front, which is fabulously convenient, but also brings noise to the front bedroom.
