Private room in Northeast Los Angeles, CA

I’m doing some studies abroad so I need someone to step in and fill this room for a month or maybe two (that will depend on you!). There’s a 200 deposit that needs to be paid outside the app (trough Venmo or PayPal). This price includes electricity and internet (yes, you can keep the AC on all day at no extra charge!!). It’s a lovely space: there’s already a Queen bed, pillows, sheets, towels, AC, a fan, private bathroom, independent entrance, a mini fridge and a really lovely and secure neighborhood!. There’s a lovely little cafe & a supermarket just a few blocks away The kitchen is the only shared thing and there’s no washing/drying machine (but there’s a coin laundry just a few streets away :)
