Entire place in Dumbo, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? We're moving to a larger unit in the building and are looking for someone to take over our lease starting in September. What do you love about this place? Sweeping views of the city, convenient location, a block away from the subway and one stop into Manhattan, ample storage space, friendly doormen and building staff, great community, pet-friendly, feels luxe! What isn't so great about this place? The rent is not cheap-- unfortunately Dumbo is expensive! But it's been worth the price for the 4+ years we have lived in the building.
