Why are you looking for a renter? We are moving out of state and sad to be leaving the best apartment we have ever lived in in NYC! What do you love about this place? The building is meticulously maintained and management and staff are very friendly and know you by name. There is just about every amenity you could want including an outdoor pool (rare find!), BBQ grills, furnished rooftop, washer/dryer in unit, package room, gym and more! Directly across the street from amazing restaurants like Lilia and Casa Publica. One block from McCarren Park, and a 6 minute walk to the L train at Bedford Ave or Lorimer St or the G train at Metropolitan Ave or Nassau Ave. Applicants must be approved by the property management company. Must fill out an application ($20 fee) and provide proof of income. We will be showing the apartment this weekend, July 11-12. Video available upon request. What isn't so great about this place? Absolutely nothing!
