Why are you looking for a renter? We are moving to Los Angeles to pursue a new opportunity and need someone to take over the remainder of our lease. What do you love about this place? We love this building. The design is beautiful from the lobby to the unique art in the building to the beautiful finishes in the apartment. We are the first tenants to occupy the unit, so everything is literally brand new. The kitchen comes with Bosch appliances and beautiful Caesar stone countertops. There's a Bosch washer/dryer in the unit. Great balcony to enjoy some peaceful outdoor time from the comfort of your own home. Nice bathroom with large shower and raindrop showerhead plus a detachable showerhead. No fee apartment. Pets welcome. Central air with Nest thermostat. It can come with some furniture. What isn't so great about this place? There is limited closet space but we've made do with the right organizational skills.
