Entire place in Northwest Washington, DC

Why are you looking for a renter? I am leaving the DC area for six months to travel the country. What do you love about this place? This building is in a very convenient location. Less than a mile to downtown, only a few blocks to U Street Metro, one block to Meridian Hill Park. La Colombe coffee shop is around the corner, and Streets market is across the street. The apartment has a huge, private patio with gated access—which has been fantastic for entertaining guests or relaxing with music and a beverage. I love having the patio and the additional private, street-level entrance because it makes it so easy to come and go while tenants on upper floors wait for the elevator. The building has an excellent fitness center, rooftop access with lounge chairs, stunning views, grills and the ability to reserve the space. Garage parking is available for an additional fee. The building maintenance team is excellent. They're always very responsive and take care of service requests within 48 hours (most are complete within 24 hours). There's also free coffee, espresso, cappuccino, and lattes available in the lobby.
