I am moving away and need to break my lease. I chose this apartment originally because it is basically brand new and it close to three different subway lines. The building was gutted to the bare steel frame and rebuilt to modern standards in summer 2016. It's basically brand-new for intents and purposes. Both bedrooms have direct access to the balcony. - Large windows and high ceilings. The apartment feel is very bright and open. It feels bigger than it already is. I never needed to turn on the lights until it was dark outside. - Zoned central heating and air conditioning. Each room is individually controlled for optimal comfort and also has its own remote to change the temperature. - High-end stainless steel dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and gas oven/stove. - Real Oak hardwood flooring - Granite counter tops - Elevator to the front door. - Very secure building with virtual doorman. You use a key fob to get in and there is a door code for temporary access. - No shared walls. - Access to the rooftop. Rooftop has an excellent view of the city. - Verizon FiOS and Spectrum cable ready - Strategically placed between the L, G and J/M/Z trains. You are never more than a few minutes from a train. Pricing is as follows - Rent is $3100 + one month security deposit. However, I will either leave you with the furniture or hand you the equivalent in cash if I decide to take the furniture after-all, effectively lowering the amount you need to spend to be 2950. My loss is your gain.
