Entire place in Long Island City, NY

Note: possibility to also rent out one room. Why are you looking for a renter? Me and my roommates are moving with other people. What do you love about this place? Super close to bunch of subway lines. The apartment is between 3 subway stops so about 5-7 minute walk to 7/G/E/M/R/N/W. Takes only 20 min to midtown. Huge living room, with open kitchen so you got tons of space. The bedrooms and closets are also huge so more storage space. Love the shower pressure, because personally that's a big plus. It's a luxury building so you have part-time doorman and virtual doorman, laundry in basement, bike storage, gym, and roof access. Right downstairs are Starbucks and Chipotle. Next door are dry cleaners and a Chinese restaurant. Across the street are Toby's Estate, a Neapolitan-style pizza place, and Xi'an Famous Foods (opening up soon). Grocery is a couple blocks away (Food Cellar) or Key Food is a little bit further ~7 min walk. The area is pretty quiet most of the time, gets kinda busy during rush hour. What isn’t so great about this place? Gym is small but it has all the essentials (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, typical machines, free weights)
