First Month Free Located in Newport, Jersey City w/ an easy commute to/from the city via Path or Ferry, we are looking for someone to take over our lease of a 2BR/2Bath unit in the Laguna building. We have purchased in the area, hence the early move. The Lease is up in August and can then be renewed. The unit is East facing with unobstructed views of WTC, stainless steel finishes, in-home washer/dryer, gourmet kitchen and plenty of closet space. The building features a rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of Manhattan skyline, cinema-style screening room, gym, children's playroom, lounge and 24/hour doorman. We both work in the city, so the commute to and from is amazing. Additionally, right outside of our building are two parks, a man made beach and playground...plenty of outdoor activity! The amenities are also great, from the rooftop lounge to the gym and cinema. With regards to the apartment, we have an unobstructed view of the WTC and are on the water and we love the closet space/open kitchen. What isn't so great about this place? It's a rental, we wish it was available for purchase.
