Why are you looking for a renter? Our lease ends on March 31st but we want to move to a different apartment where the lease starts on Feb 15, so we're looking for someone to sublet our apartment for 1.5 months (2/15–3/31). What do you love about this place? This amazing apartment features: • High-speed WiFi and smart TV • Stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher • In-unit washer and dryer • Per-room climate control (AC & heating) • Amazing bathrooms with top-notch appliances and massive showers • Hardwood floors throughout • All bedroom closets are massive will be cleaned out so you have room for your things. A true 3 BR, 2 BA luxury apartment. Guests have free access to building amenities such as a gym, resident’s lounge, and rooftop. The building is also extremely well-insulated from noise; the apartment is silent inside, which is extremely rare for New York. 2 of the 3 bedrooms also feature blackout shades to improve sleep quality. What isn't so great about this place? • The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to the subway station at Columbus Circle, but once you're at the station you should find all the transportation options you need (A/C/E/B/D/1 trains all stop there). The building also runs a shuttle every morning and evening to take you to Columbus Circle if you don't want to walk. • If we have to move to our new apartment on 2/15 then we may have to take some of our furniture with us, but we'll try to leave as much as possible for you. We're happy to work something out to make sure you're comfortable with what furniture is/isn't left in the apartment.
