Entire place in New York, NY

After 10 beautiful years in NYC, I am starting a new adventure outside of the Big Apple and I am also moving with my lovely girlfriend to start this new chapter in our life. What do you love about this place? I love that this place is brand new (built in 2019) in an area (East Village - LES) which is very hard to find any recent building. It is few minutes away from the East River, easy accessible via uber, CitiBike and etc. It was most of the best amenities I have seen at this price point and for the area. It is close enough from the local places you want to enjoy in the area, yet you are just few streets away that you can enjoy very quiet and peaceful days. Given "the new normal", you can truly "live" inside the building and within just a few blocks radius if you need to. The studio is quite large for NY standard with lots of lights from East and South exposure. The place has been decorated by design experts with all brand new and modern furniture. There is option to get the place furnished or not. The building has a private rooftop with tanning beds, grills and unobstructed views of Brooklyn, Empire State and lower Manhattan. The building has a has a full equipped gym, lounge (large tv and co-working space), and a second outdoor space. 24/7 doorman, security, and bike room. The studio has 3 closets which will fit for 2 people full wardrobe. The apartment is located 5min walking from the East River is you enjoy running, taking walks and outdoor activities. You have 3 CitiBike locations less than 2min away and 5 subway lines within 15min. What isn't so great about this place? Honestly not much. Some of my friends who never walk say that 15min to get to all the subways is too far but for me i think it is fine. I wish sometimes there were a pool on the roof deck patio.
