Very close to major train lines (4/5, 2/3, B/Q/R, C).Whole foods behind the building. Only 2 stops to Union Square on Q train! Some of the best doorman we've ever had. Overall great apartment with incredible access to the city along with the neighborhood gems, great park, cool restaurants, and local bars of Ft Greene. Get the best of both worlds. What isn't so great about this place? You trade expansive space for incredible views and top of the line finishes and building amenities.
