What do you love about this place? I love the space in this apartment! It is the only floor with super high ceilings so feels ultra spacious. Anyone who visits loves this place too - it has the wow factor. Waking up to the sunrise, being super close to manhattan with the neighborhood feel of Brooklyn on your doorstep. The views are amazing over brooklyn with site of manhattan, the social events in the building, gym classes and overal amenities are lovely, great convenience of stores in the neighborhood. Super lovely and caring building staff. It's always quiet and kept really clean and the management address any maintenance requests really quickly. Amazing transport links in all directions and wonderful neighbors in this area. A few more details It's on the 32nd floor of a luxury, full service no fee building in Fort Greene that's only been open 3 years. Windows are floor to ceiling with no-one over looking so I never close the blinds. Go to sleep watching the twinkling lights of planes and Brooklyn without any of the noise you get from an older building. The apartment fit out is gorgeous with black granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances, wide plank oak flooring, central air conditioning, large cooking range and fridge freezer with lots of storage space plus two large closets. I have recessed the tv cable and can leave any mounts in place you want to keep. I'm happy to negotiate on any small furnishing or lighting options you want to keep as these likely won't work in the UK. The building is pet friendly (no fee) and non-smoking which the management adhere to strictly so no smells on the floors. For a very reasonable monthly fee you can access all the amenities including full gym with, fitness studio with group classes, rooftop lounge and outdoor terrace, outdoor movie screening area, barbecue area, children’s playroom, bike storage, and stroller parking. The building is centrally located at the edge of downtown Brooklyn and Fort Greene, offering easy access to 11 subway stations and the LIRR.
