Why are you looking for a renter? Looking to move back to Puerto Rico to care for sick mother and grandparents. What do you love about this place? Apartment: -Unit can be furnished/unfurnished depending on need of tenant -Large one bedroom unit (+730sq)-bedroom can fit a king size bed -Large windows with plenty of sunshine -Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances -Dishwasher, Gas stove, Oven, Microwave, Granite Countertops. -Washer and Dryer in Unit -Deep Soaking Tub in sleek modern bathroom -Walk in Closet in bedroom -Large second closet in hallway for storage Building/Neighborhood: It's in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn, with the G train only a minute away and the Ferry is a 5 minute walk. Also the apt is just across the bridge to Long Island City and a quick 10 min walk to Williamsburg. Franklin St is super trendy and fun, with great bars and lovely parks. The building has a big breezy roof with amazing views of Manhattan with beautiful patio furniture. The building has a front door concierge 24/7 who handles all visitors/mail therefore the building is extremely safe. The building is also very quiet with thick walls plus the neighbors residents are families. There is also a lovely atrium with hotel-like decorations and furnitures-perfect for hanging out/working. Greenpoint is an underrated part of Brooklyn with all the trendyness of Williamsburg minus the crowds and I am going to miss it deeply. What isn't so great about this place? -Unit is on the ground floor but we don't hear any noise from the tenants/hallways. Also the unit still receives PLENTY of sunshine since there aren't any tall buildings nearby.
