Why are you looking for a renter? I’m looking to exit my lease by March 1st. I have no roommates, so the place is yours! (Rental rate is net effective). What do you love about this place? Large 1BR apartment (~773 sq. ft.) right in the heart of the Jersey City/Newport area. Beautiful Manhattan and Hudson River views from the living room and bedroom from the 16th floor. The building itself includes a 24/7 doorman and card-operated washer/dryer on every floor (the machines are directly across the hall from this particular unit). The neighborhood has amazing city views and is very convenient/accessible, with a reasonably priced gym with pool/hot tub/sauna/tennis court right down the street, and less than a five minute walk to the PATH (Newport is the first stop into NJ during weekdays on the Journal Sq train line).
