The view of the Hudson River is stunning from the 33rd floor, an ideal place for sunsets. Residents have access to a spectacular set of amenities and services, including the Sky Club: a stunning lounge with soaring views and room to shoot pool, watch a movie or find a nice quiet place to work. Doorman here is very friendly and helpful. Other amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center featuring a skylight, a second lounge that includes a grand piano, a multitude of lounge seating alcoves for residents to choose from and over 18,000 square feet of outdoor amenity space. What isn't so great about this place? Not a brand new building, but looks really polished. Verizon Fios not available but other internet services also work fine. Not many choices for subways but The No.7 train can transfer you to almost every other line.
