Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? Work is moving me across the country and I need to find a renter to take over the remaining months of my lease. What do you love about this place? Brand new luxury building with incredible amenities: full court basketball gymnasium, luxurious indoor and outdoor lounges, BBQ grills and sundeck, a fitness center, club room with media and tabletop gaming features, co-working space, screening room, kids’ lounge and play area, and creativity-inspiring common areas. The Studio has modern upgrades and is extremely quiet. What isn't so great about this place? Really no issues. Great staff and really sad I have to leave this place.
