Entire place in Long Island City, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I’m moving out of NYC for work and am looking for a tenant to take over my lease at the Hayden in Long Island City, right across the Queensborough Bridge from Manhattan. What do you love about this place? The apartment is a 474 sq. ft. studio with in-unit washer/dryer, floor-to-ceiling windows, and brand new appliances. I’ve lived here for over a year and couldn’t have asked for a better experience- the staff and residents are great! The Hayden’s amenities include: 24-hour concierge Humongous duplex fitness center Full basketball court Roof deck with BBQ and amazing Manhattan views Easy access to Manhattan (1 block away from Court Square Station which is 1 stop from Manhattan) Current rent is $2740/month with 1-month security deposit required. You must be willing to take over the existing lease from April-September 2019 or sign a new 1-year lease starting in April 2019. What isn't so great about this place? The gym and basketball court get crowded occasionally, but I have no other complaints!
