Hi, I'm renting one bedroom in a 2 bed/1 bath luxury elevator building in Williamsburg. A little background on me, I'm a 30-year old female restaurateur, graduated from Parsons and have been living in NYC for 10 years. I'm the main tenant of the apartment and you would be sharing a bathroom and kitchen with me. I'm clean, organized, relaxed, and hard working person. It's a friendly environment where we even work together sometimes. I have a cat named Raccoon. She's like a dog and comes when you call. Raccoon is the ½ roommate. Ideally I'm looking for someone responsible, friendly, and clean to move in September 1st. Move in date is flexible if you're able to stay long-term. APARTMENT/BUILDING: The apartment building is modern and luxurious, has a elevator, a roof deck, community space, featuring work/lounge space and gym. The apartment unit has washers/dryers, hardwood floors, a full kitchen equipped for cooking, and plenty of windows in the bedrooms making it a very bright environment. The available bedroom is spacious - it has a large built-in closet and windows overlooking keap st, which is quieter side. The room comes furnished with a full-size bed, a desk, a chair, a drawer, a floor lamp and etc. UTILITIES: $60/month (including high-speed internet and electrocity) LOCATION: The apartment is located in Williamsburg, which is one of the best locations for eating/shopping/transportation. There is a large grocery on the same block. The area is known for its proximity to bars, restaurants, shopping ; while at the same time, it has a neighborhood feel, and the apartment is quiet and feels like home. Transportation is very convenient: The L/G/subway station(Lorimer St/Metropolitan Av) and is on the same block. It is two stops to Manhattan, 10 mins to Union Square, where you can connect anywhere in the city. ou can easily grab a cab in front of the building, or try the CitiBike bike-share station which is on a few blocks a way.
