Private room in South of Market, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? Super convenient location, nice/new/clean and SPACIOUS apartment -- master bedroom available for one month as I am traveling the entire month. Available beginning April 1st. I'm looking to rent out my fully furnished master bedroom in a spacious, modern apartment just south of Market Street. This bedroom has its own bathroom and huge walk-in closet (seriously, this closet could fit a full-sized bed). This is the perfect situation for someone who is between leases, new in town, or working on a long-term project at one of the major tech companies with an office nearby. Male roommate preferred. What do you love about this place? Rent for the month is negotiable, but I'm willing to offer a nice discount on the normal sticker price. Usually runs about $2k per month - looking for at least $1,500 (or best offer). If you need to leave early or stay a few days later, we can work something out (I don't have a return date set quite yet, but will be early May). Very walkable area with public transport nearby - easy to get anywhere in the city on the weekends. When I first visited this place, I thought the combination of space + new appliances + location and the price was too good to be true, but it's been a joy to live here for the past 6+ months. Some additional details:
- Two male roommates in early/mid 20s. Generally pretty fun and social, but everyone respects space and privacy.
- Two Floors with high ceilings; second floor rooms have their own entrance doors, each with their own sliding door for loft view
- Large Common Area with a fireplace
- Nice kitchen with all the appliances!!!
- In-building laundry
- Lots of bus stops nearby
- Within 10min walk: Market St/FiDi, Montgomery and Embarcadero BART, Ferry Building, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Target, Yerba Buena/Metreon
- Within 15min walk: AT&T Park, 21st Amendment Brewery, South Park, Union Square 
- Close proximity to the Embarcadero for running, biking, taking photos of the Bay Bridge at night -- all that fun stuff 
- No utility bills or anything for the month of April - I'll take care of that
