I am moving to west coast for work, so I am looking for someone to move into a bedroom in my 2br apartment on 50th and 9th avenue for a May 1 move-in date. This renovated TRUE 2 BED apartment features spacious living area, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors throughout the unit, exposed brick, and modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Close to the A,C,E,N,Q,R,W trains and not to far away from the F train either. Just a few blocks away from Morton Williams, Whole Foods, and Central Park. Lots of nice restaurants and bars around the neighbourhood as what Hell's Kitchen is famous for. Rent is $1813. This is a sublet until early July, with the option (if both parties so choose) to renew the lease then. My roomate is 24 years old and currently works at JP Morgan.
