Perfect for a couple or a single renter. Huge room with private bathroom with separate bath and shower and large vanity. The common area sports state of the art viking appliances, large kitchen area with center island and beautiful views of the Hudson river. Two male roommates both of whom are kind and easy to get along with. Both work at a large bank and are rarely around during the week. What do you love about this place? Modern apartment in luxury Hell's Kitchen high rise. Lots of great restaurants around and things to do. What isn't so great about this place? I've been living here for a few months now and have no complaints / haven't found anything i dislike. The building has everything i would ever need (gym, indoor pool and hot tub, private marketplace in building, rec area, etc.)
