Need a roommate to fill the master bedroom in a two bed/two bath apartment in Sherman Oaks, ideally by 5/1. Rent is $1250/month with a $2500 security deposit required. No pets. Rent covers trash and water. You would cover half of gas/wifi/electricity. Some of the apartment features include: -Full kitchen -Microwave -Gas range -Dishwasher -Wifi -Central AC/Heat -Gated garage parking -Controlled entry -Laundry on premises -TV Roommate is male. The apartment is in a perfect location in Sherman Oaks, right off of Ventura and two blocks away from the Galleria (which has a Starbucks, PF Chang’s, and Cheesecake Factory). The neighborhood is very quiet, residential, and safe. It’s conveniently located near the 405, so you'll have easy access to West LA, Santa Monica, and Brentwood. It’s also relatively close to Studio City. In regards to lifestyle, you must be a responsible, considerate, and clean roommate. If you like to party daily and go out every night of the week, this is NOT the situation for you. You must be easy to get along with. As it’s in the process of being re-decorated, you are welcome to bring any communal furniture you want (couch, table, chairs, etc.)
