Why are you looking for a renter? I am moving to India What do you love about this place? My room has the best view I’ve ever seen, the island is so amazing- it’s a small community in itself and they have island parties sometimes. Also love the space- it’s pretty roomy and proximity to midtown Manhattan without all the chaos. What isn't so great about this place? I cannot think of a single thing, to be honest. I’m leaving out of compulsion really, otherwise I never would have.
