Private room in Manhattan, NY

Hi There! I'm moving June 1st and my existing lease runs through July 15. Hoping to rent this awesome place to someone looking to fill a 4-6 week period. This is a 3 bed/2 bath apartment with 2 other roommates - 2 guys, both in their mid-twenties - one is in consultant, the other works for an investment bank. The building is practically brand new (~5 years old). This is the master bedroom with a private bathroom. It will be partially furnished (includes bed + nightstand). The building is located on the corner of 37th St and 9th Ave in Manhattan. Some awesome features: 1) Washer/dryer in unit! 2) Amazing roof patio w/ sweeping views of Midtown, Downtown, and New Jersey. Can even see a corner of Central Park! 3) Clean + modern appliances 4) Gym 5) Lounge Area 6) Doorman 7) Pets Allowed Feel free to message me for details. Why are you looking for a renter? I am planning on moving in with someone else who is on a different lease schedule and mine is not up until mid-July. What do you love about this place? Everything. The building is only ~5 years old, all the finishes/appliances are high-end + clean. Washer and dryer in unit is a huge bonus. We love the roof deck with sweeping views of Midtown, downtown, and into New Jersey. Can even see a corner of Central Park! Building superintendent is also very attentive. What isn't so great about this place? Only cons we have had with the place is the leasing office is hard to reach which was somewhat annoying when first signing our lease.
