Private room in Greenwood, NY

I'm a 4th year medical student and will be traveling from 3/30/18 - 5/16/18 during which time I need a subletter. My room is the master bedroom with its own private bathroom in a 3bed/2bath apartment. The room will be furnished with a full bed, empty dresser, flatscreen TV (with apple TV), desk below twin bunk bed, empty bookcase, and large (mostly empty) closet. (All the extra stuff you see in the pictures will mostly be cleared out by the time you move in). The apartment has its own washer/dryer, dishwasher, and AC units in each bedroom and in the living room. The apartment is in a secure 5 story building with an elevator and security camera. The neighborhood is quiet (for NYC). The subway is directly outside the building, on the same corner of the street (N,D,R trains - N and D are one express stop away from Atlantic/Barclays station hub). One roommate is a 4th year med student and for the most part lives in Boston. The other roommate is a 3rd year rotating at a nearby hospital. Rent is 1300/month (which includes internet/utilities). A medical student/resident or grad student is preferred. Nearby hospitals include Maimonides, Brooklyn Hospital, Kings County, SUNY Downstate, and Brooklyn VA.
