The apartment— 3 bedrooms 1 bath Dishwasher, in-unit laundry, brand new appliances. Brand new building as of May 2017 Rooftop and backyard access A/C + heat separately controlled in each room Security cameras in building and Video intercom. The roommates— We are two good friends, 25 and 24 years old. Both of us pursue creative work full time. One of us is a photographer and the other a graphic designer. Queer and 420 friendly :) What do you love about this place? The apartment is cozy and we keep it clean and tidy. We often hang out together, watch tv, cook dinner and sometimes have friends over on weekends. The location: Melrose & Wilson We are an 8min walk to Morgan L, and 10min walk to Jefferson L. The J/M/Z is about 12min walk. It's about a 25min commute to Union Square. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We have been living here for a year and are finding new places to dine and go out to in the area every week. There are organic delis and grocery store within minutes as well.
