Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s within walking distance. Access to the 1 train is on the corner. Greenwich and West Village are about 8 min walks. It’s very safe. I love this apartment, but I’m relocating out of the country and have to break my lease. I was the first to live in the remodeled space, and have taken excellent care of it. The building itself has been remodeled in the lobby and common areas, and had an amazing club room and observation deck with skyline views. Amazing features: 1.
