Why are you looking for a renter? I'm moving out to live closer to work so I'm looking for someone to move into my current room! What do you love about this place? Really modern place with tons of amenities and space (about 1500 sq ft). It's got lots of space, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer in unit and new oven and stoves unlike a lot of places in SF. What isn't so great about this place? It can get a little windy outside because of how close you are to the ocean!
