Why are you looking for a renter? I'm moving out to move in with my partner! What do you love about this place? This apartment is located off of the J at Halsey, only a 4 minute walk from the train. The suite is 1 of 6 suites in the apartment. There are 6 "roommates" in total. You will have your own private bathroom, your own kitchenette (including your own mini fridge and microwave in the room), and direct access to the fully finished backyard. There is a FREE washer/dryer in the basement! This is a perfect place for someone that wants their own space but not pay NYC 1 bedroom apartment rent. What isn't so great about this place? Honestly, this place is great. Not ideal for couples or people with pets as the space can feel cramped, but perfect for 1 person.
