Entire place in New York, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? We have loved this apartment for almost two years but the three of us are all moving to new cities and neighborhoods. What do you love about this place? The apartment is small but perfect for three friends. It has a modern, open kitchen with new appliances and a modern bathroom. Every bedroom has 1-2 windows and the common space has two windows as well. Two of the bedrooms can fit a queen bed and a dresser and the other bedroom can fit a full and small dresser/book shelf. All three bedrooms have closets with additional storage space on top.The location is also ideal. We're under a 5 minute walk from the F train on Houston and the M15. We have a Trader Joe's 10 minutes away and a whole foods 5. We are also surrounded by restaurants, bars and cafes. What isn't so great about this place? This is a fourth floor walk up in an old building. The apartment is also small.
