Fun fact - I locked in the price for the unit at $200/ month lower than it was originally supposed to be listed for due to an error by the management company. They chose to upheld the original price on the lease, so you are getting a unit market valued at $1900 a month for significantly less! The unit was tastefully remodeled with ikea cabinetry, a modern style bathroom and kitchen with brand new top of the line appliances. I was the first person to live in this unit - it was so fresh, it wasn't even completely finished at the time of signing my lease! Unit includes one covered and gate secured parking space - an actual gem living in downtown Long Beach. 6 blocks from the beach - easily walk or drive down on the upcoming hot summer days! Lease extends until December 31st with the option to renew. Preferably looking for a renter to live during the entire period. Message me with any questions! What do you love about this place? Besides the modern remodeling, the balcony alone makes the price worthwhile for me - it's simply giant with a great view compared to anything else you can find at this price! What isn't so great about this place? There is a middle school a block away from the unit - personally doesn't bother me whatsoever but causes for a slight increase in morning traffic if you are someone who leaves your apartment between 7-8AM for work. Although, it only is about a block radius in which there is increased traffic - and to be realistic I really see it as a non-issue.
