Rent is $1440 + utilities (around $60 for wifi, TV and Con-Ed) Live next to the new Q train on the Upper East Side in a luxury building with full amenities including 2 rooftops, a gym, pool, doormen, fast elevators, laundry facilities and concierge service. You will be sharing the apartment with a female in her late 20s. She is very chill and outgoing. She has the master bedroom and you will be taking the part of the living room that's been converted into a bedroom. The rooms are of equal size. The living room and the bedroom you will be renting is currently divided by a curtain. The building allows you to build a divider wall for an additional fee. My roommate is willing to split the cost of the wall with you. There is a cat living in the apartment, but she may be leaving soon. So if you have allergies please let me know and we may do a deep cleaning for you. Move-in is April 1 or sooner. This is a lease takeover.
