Why are you looking for a renter? Looking for someone to take over the lease on a gorgeous upper floor apartment by the second week of July (I am flexible on move out). I am leaving only because I am moving in with my boyfriend--this is an unbeatable apartment and location! The lease runs through March 30, 2020 with option to renew. Note: 1 small/medium-sized dog (30 lbs) currently lives in the apartment so dog-lovers will be given preference. What do you love about this place? There are a ton of amazing amenities (dishwasher, laundry in building, virtual doorman, central A/C, updated kitchen appliances, beautiful high ceilings and lots of natural light, YOUR OWN SHOWER)--this room is beautiful and the location/amenities can't be beat for the price. What isn't so great about this place? It is quieter and not as in the action as one might think. Also, roommates are relatively quiet and don't have guests often and are looking for the same.
